Why aren’t I seeing discounts close to my location?
The App works with your device’s location service (this is the same service that the Maps app uses).

Sometimes, depending on your device and phone carrier, it can take an hour or two for the location service to align with the app.
Why have a Seniors Card Discounts App?
I was talking with my parents about their Seniors Card and they said it was too hard, too inconvenient and too much effort to work out what discounts were available to them. They also found it hard when they were travelling to find out about the discounts available in other places. We were amazed to learn there are thousands of businesses across Australia and New Zealand offering all kinds of discounts across a vast range of products and services. So we set about making it easy for them to access those discounts and save a lot of money!
My parents love the App and use it all the time!
How much does the App cost?
Nothing! The App is FREE to download and use.
We will never ask you for payment or any financial details and we don’t offer any membership or subscription services.
If you are on a Seniors Discounts site or App that is asking you for a payment or bank/credit card details then it’s not us!
Our App will ALWAYS be FREE!
Are there Conditions or Exemptions attached to any Discounts being offered?
The Seniors Card Discount App and Colorado Database Services takes no responsibility for the currency, accuracy or availability of the discounts listed and provides no guarantees in relation to any discount offers or businesses listed. Please check with the individual businesses concerned to verify their offers, availability, terms and conditions.
Can I use my Seniors Card Interstate or Overseas?
Most businesses offering discounts to Seniors Card Holders are happy to provide their discount offer to Interstate or Overseas visitors who hold a valid Seniors Card. However please check with the individual businesses concerned to verify their offers, availability, terms and conditions.
Is the Seniors Card Discounts App provided by the Australian State Governments or New Zealand Government Seniors Card programs?
No, Seniors Card Discounts is a division of Colorado Database Services (it sounds American but we are actually an Australian company - we just liked the name Colorado!), who specialize in making data more relevant and user friendly. We’re not attached to any of the State Government Seniors Card Agencies.
I know of a business offering a Seniors Card discount that is not listed on the App.
